NASCAR spots premiere During Daytona 500

90°W Editor Scott Conger edited four documentary-style spots for NASCAR that premiered during the Daytona 500. They continued to appear extensively on national broadcasts of NASCAR’s Sunday afternoon races throughout the 2009 race season.

Director Adam Jones and DP Danny Hiele traveled to tracks around the country, asking drivers and fans a variety of questions, including “What’s your favorite sound?” and “What’s your favorite race?”

To keep the spots moving at a NASCAR pace, Conger intercut action scenes with the bites to create a series of four seamless :30 stories.
JUMP Agency created the campaign. 90°W sound designer Mark Bartels mixed the tracks.
