Explain Caterpillar's Rental Features with Engaging Motion Graphics

We love the challenge of building great motion graphics with strong character design. Being able to dig into our creative toolkit and bring illustrations to life is a passion at 90° West. So, when the team at Simantel partnered with us on this series for Caterpillar, we were all-in. Senior Motion Graphics Designer Agustin Garamendy took the lead in building the characters for this campaign, ensuring they were both engaging and functional for animation. The design process started with initial concept. From there, the characters were developed with simple, bold shapes. The team refined details like facial expressions, proportions, and movement-friendly designs to ensure they could communicate emotions and actions effectively. Once the designs were finalized, the characters were rigged for smooth motion, allowing for natural gestures.
